We know how big a deal Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties are, and there’s no denying that the theme of this significant celebration has to really stand out to make it a night to remember.
Whether you’re planning a celebration to welcome your child into adulthood, or you’re just looking for a fun theme to jazz up your next event, you’re sure to find inspiration from one of these five themed celebrations held at The Clayton Venues.
The bold, bright colors for this tropical beach club themed Bar Mitzvah really stood out to make this event one-of-a-kind. The guests arrived in true beach club fashion, dressed in all white, and walked into this tropical paradise through a balloon garland framing the doorway.
The tables were dressed up with bright-colored, tropical palm centerpieces and guests left their mark in Sharpie on a custom made surfboard. Kids enjoyed fruity concoctions from Dutch Bros. and bins of flip flops were included so guests could get into the tropical spirit and dance the night away in comfort!
The Clayton on the Park was lit up with soft blue lights and elegant floral centerpieces as Brienne’s guests were greeted with a beautiful blue mock-tail. Kids were entertained with games like air hockey and pop/shot, while adults mingled over cocktails on the patio.
After dinner, guests hit the dance floor and snapped some pictures in the photo booth to finish off the night. Everyone left with a swag bag full of goodies to remember the night by.
What better way to ring in manhood than with a football-themed party? Ethan’s Bar Mitzvah was decked out with a custom seating chart that had each guest’s name printed on a ticket and a table-top ice sculpture in the shape of a football.
Guests were entertained by a balloon artist and a magician throughout the night and gathered on the dance floor to keep the celebration going all night long.
When guests arrived at Alexandra’s desert boho themed Bat Mitzvah, they saw tables lining the room with hanging balloon lights and a cake table presenting an array of gorgeously decorated cakes. Glittery tablecloths helped pull together the neutral color palette and the themed candy buffet provided each guest with a bag full of sweets upon leaving.
The Great Room at The Clayton House was transformed into a rainbow paradise for Hailey’s “pop mitzvah”. Guests entered through a giant rainbow balloon arch and the kids were greeted by a bartender creating specialty made mocktails. Kids chose from pop rocks, sprinkles or colored sugar for a rim decoration and next, added in their drink of choice, finishing off with a choice between a rock candy stick, cotton candy or whipped cream as a topper.
While guests enjoyed their dinner, they were visited by a balloon artist, received a self portrait from an etch a sketch artist, oohed and ahhed over a speed artist painting and enjoyed a show performed by a glow dancer dressed as a butterfly. Adults and kids enjoyed the rainbow colored dance floor all night long and left with a goody bag in hand.
